That means: reading the actual legislation, checking the current figures against official Estonian government sources, talking to accountants who deal with these structures daily, and updating pages when things change rather than leaving stale information online because it still drives traffic.

We compare formation agencies and banking providers honestly, including their costs and limitations, rather than pushing whoever pays the highest affiliate commission. Every article carries a "last verified" date. When rules change (and they do: the VAT registration rules changed in August 2025, the dividend tax rate situation was in flux through late 2025, the FATF list updates regularly) we update the relevant pages rather than leaving outdated information live.
